PROGRAM AT A GLANCE
The MS in Higher Education Administration prepares professionals to lead across key areas of the modern university, including student affairs, enrollment management, academic operations, institutional policy, and institutional research. As the first program grounded in Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) principles focused on supporting college student academic success and psychosocial development, the curriculum integrates SEM research, theory, and applied practice while embedding institutional data, machine learning, and AI tools into the learning experience.
Students work with real data sets to develop policy briefs, stakeholder communications, and strategic recommendations while building hands-on experience through a live consulting capstone with an institutional, nonprofit, or corporate education partner. Delivered fully online for working professionals, the program combines leadership development, data-informed decision-making, and practical application designed for where higher education is heading.
